My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a quiet atmosphere despite facing a busy street. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms are big and clean, with very comfy and modern furniture, but the walls offer poor sound isolation making it challenging to sleep due to noise from both next door and outside. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond, even surprising me with a gift of Turkish delights. The location is very central, close to Taksim but not too close, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The dining experience was acceptable, but not as good as expected. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel gave me a room totally different from what I booked, which was below expectations compared to what was reflected on Booking. Fortunately, they sorted it out in minutes, but the rooms overall need renovation.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Taksim square, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining options were a bit limited, but the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were ideally perfect and minimalistic, providing comfort and services that made me feel relaxed and satisfied. However, the rooms were very small and not adequately clean, especially underneath the beds. The rooms were enough big for short stays.
